Cancel or change a request
Email support with your booking reference, travel date and request, and obtain a reply. You may withdraw requests that the fleet has not confirmed.
Confirmed bookings
Before confirmation, support will disclose the applicable cancellation deadline, waiting rules, possible charges and refund method and obtain your agreement. Form submission alone does not create undisclosed cancellation charges. Paid bookings follow the agreed terms and applicable law.
Flight changes and refunds
For cancellations, delays, weather or force majeure, contact support promptly to discuss rescheduling or cancellation. Support will explain any refund amount, method and expected timeline according to payments and agreed conditions. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
