Booking confirmation
Submitting a form or receiving an automatic email acknowledges receipt only. A booking is confirmed after the fleet confirms availability, time, itinerary and final price with you. Request at least three hours ahead. Contact support for urgent requests; availability is not guaranteed.
Fares and itinerary
Displayed fares are per vehicle, one-way cash estimates excluding tax. Night service, waiting, extra stops, child seats, special luggage and taxes may be extra; the final total must be explained before confirmation. Check your flight, Taiwan time, terminal, address, passenger and bag counts. Official flight and AI data can be delayed or incorrect.
Service and contact
The fleet confirms vehicle, driver, capacity and arrangements. Notify support promptly about flight or itinerary changes. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Contact our email for questions or disputes.
