Data and purposes
We collect booking and partner application details: name, phone, email, travel date/time, flight, hotel/address, passengers, luggage, vehicle and notes. We use these for quotes, vehicle arrangements, communication, support and dispute handling. Necessary details may be shared with the assigned fleet/driver and email provider. Do not submit passport, ID or card numbers.
Document processing
On-device OCR runs in your browser. If you consent to AI extraction, document content is sent to OpenAI. This site does not store original uploaded documents; verified fields you submit are saved with your request. Third-party processing follows their terms and data policies.
Retention and rights
Records are retained until service, accounting or dispute purposes end, or applicable legal retention periods expire; administrators then review deletion or de-identification. Necessary contact and trip details are required to arrange service. Email us to request access, copies, corrections, restriction or deletion. If retention is necessary for law or unresolved matters, we will explain why.
